Apart from continuing to develop fantastic all-natural products, it's the only thing that matters to us, and we will do whatever it takes to exceed your expectations. The moment you place your order, you are automatically protected by our Happiness Guarantee, which essentially means we will do whatever it takes to make sure your experience with Simple Wonders is one you love.

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost to you, or your money back no questions asked. This is not limited to:

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund or replacement at no additional charge.

  • To be eligible for a return, replacement or refund, we may ask for further details and visual confirmation (photo or video). Upon confirming your describe issue, we will issue your choice of return, replacement or refund within 48 hours.

  • For returns or refunds, please email support@simplewonders.co with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. A member of our team with follow up with you within one (1) business day.

  • Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.

  • Please note that customers may be responsible for shipping costs of returned items. In the event that you receive an extra item, we will cover the cost of shipping. 

  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.

  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Are your products safe to use?

Our products are made with love, produced in a GMP-certified lab with all-natural ingredients and free of preservatives, gluten, gelatin, soy, eggs, dairy, nuts, or animal products. Our products are also non-GMO, Halal certified, and vegetarian-friendly.

We always recoommend that you consult with your family doctor or physician prior to making any changes to your health or supplementary routines.

What is your refund and exchange policy?

If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost to you or your money back, no questions asked! That is our Happiness Guarantee hard at work for you! 😊

Are your products suitable for children?

We want our supplements to work for everyone. Each Simple Wonders products have their own set of benefits, which means some products may be best suited for one age group or the other. Our products that are suitable for children will always be clearly defined so you can rest easy when ordering for your little ones!

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours once payments have been processed and are shipped before 3PM EST on business days. 

When will I receive my order?

Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours via standard delivery (3-7 business days). You will receive an email confirmation in addition to your tracking number once your order has been sent.

Orders are shipped using FedEx, UPS, USPS and other third-party carriers if required.Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Which countries are your products available?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are actively looking to expand our offering to international customers (TBD). 

Do your products contain any additives?

We want to create products that our family can use and often! All Simple Wonders products are manufactured or packaged in the USA in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) lab, holding the highest production and safety standards. They are free of preservatives such as gluten, soy, eggs, dairy, nuts, animal products, and non-GMO.

Are your products suitable for vegans or vegetarians?

We do our best to make sure our products are inclusive of all dietary sensitivities. At a minimum, our products are suitable for vegetarian diets with select products such as our Berberine Plus with Ceylon Cinnamon that is suitable for our vegan friends!
